It seems the complete city of Utrecht is under construction at the moment, but the city hall you see on my drawing is already finished.
I loved this skyline of the old windmill 'De Ster' and the not yet finished new city hall of Utrecht.
Later on I used the same windmill for my drawing workshop. Check out the lovely results after 'Courtyard day' at Windmill The Star.
