Elles always draws her drawings on the spot and that process takes weeks up to months. No AI or any computer has been used; Elles has a steady hand and enjoys working as an urban scetcher on the spot. Colouring mostly happens in her studio at NDSM Amsterdam.

Brouwerij ‘t IJ is an Amsterdam brewery that brews only specialty beers. The brewery is located in the east of the city. Tasting room De Molen is located, just like the brewery, in the former bathhouse under the mill The Gooyer on the Funenkade.
